How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your desired item(s), select your size and style, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@shopwonka.com with your order number.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $65.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods, slight delays may occur, but we always strive to deliver on time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
