Refund policy

ShopWonka Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Items must not be final sale or excluded under our non-returnable item policy (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g. items with custom names, colours, or designs)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

3. How to Submit a Return or Exchange

All return or exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal:

Once your return request is received and reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to complete the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or issue a refund as per your preference.

6. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our returns portal or at support@shopwonka.com. We will prioritise the resolution and cover all related shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. ShopWonka is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

8. Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as per statutory guarantees.
