At ShopWonka, we’re dedicated to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms and practices.


1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

  • In some cases—such as limited-time promotions, oversized items, remote area surcharges, or express delivery options—additional shipping charges may apply. These fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

You can also track your order through your ShopWonka account dashboard or directly via the carrier’s tracking portal.


4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
ShopWonka is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Unclaimed deliveries

  • Packages returned to sender

If a parcel is returned due to address issues or delivery failure, a re-shipping fee may be charged to resend the order.


5. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If you believe your order is missing or has been significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team at support@shopwonka.com. We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. International Shipping (if applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Some destinations may experience limited tracking capabilities or longer customs processing times.


7. Shipping During Sales & Holidays

Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery during major promotional events, peak seasons, or public holidays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
